Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR generalist to join our team of HR Regional Partners in the EMEA region. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to more than 4,000 people managers, based across 20 different countries. You will operate autonomously and deliver high-judgement advice to enable an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Support performance improvement processes, both informal and formal.
  • Manage complex and sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Facilitate development sessions, focused on building manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide Leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
  • Extensive Human Resources generalist work experience and dealing with labor relations cases in Spain
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Spanish Employee Relations experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources
  • Project management and the ability to deliver, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, coaching and consulting skills
  • Experience managing Workers Councils in Spain
