HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile HR Generalist to join our team at Trust Wallet. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR vendor management, HR data analytics, and other HR initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering.
- Handle employee processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and exit procedures.
- Liaise with external HR vendors, ensuring contracts and services are effectively managed.
- Keep employee records up to date to ensure data integrity; Track and analyze key HR metrics, provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Support the administration of learning and development programs. Coordinate training sessions and help manage career development initiatives.
- Assist in the performance review process.
- Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives. Contribute to improving HR policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative with a strong growth mindset.
- Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong values, ethics and integrity.
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
