HR Generalist

In this dynamic role as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, training, and document generation for our network of rental stations.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles.
- Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, opportunities for development, and data change requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidly.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Update Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibility.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed.
- Provide ad hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- You have experience in a fast-paced environment; 3+ years of experience working as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with high volumes.
- Has managed employee and manager queries on a regular basis.
- Experience in maintaining and assessing the accuracy of information in HRIS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude.
- Team player.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as labor regulations.
- Skilled in MS Office, HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
