HR Generalist Role

At SoftwareOne, we're committed to creating a positive workplace culture that fosters growth and development. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing HR operations and enhancing employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, orientation, and training.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and HRIS administration to support organizational needs.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, communicate benefits packages, and address employee inquiries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, and action plan development.
  • Support performance management processes by providing data analysis and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Assist in talent development efforts by advising on career development opportunities and maintaining the talent pool.
What We're Looking For:
  • Career Break: You must have taken a career break of at least 3 years and are now looking to return to the workforce.
  • Professional Background: Minimum 3 years of previous experience and expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven to succeed. Display a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis. Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws. Experience with benefits administration and payroll processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
