Job Summary
As a skilled Flemish speaking recruiter, you will be responsible for leveraging your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process to help Flemish-speaking candidates find their ideal roles in various European countries. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless transition into foreign job markets.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview Flemish-speaking candidates for various job vacancies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across various platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
