We are seeking an exceptional Senior Partnership Manager to join our team, driving growth through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to own a significant portion of our company's growth and contribute to shaping the future of women's healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand our network and offerings, including affiliate marketing agencies.
  • Manage existing relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the integration of partnership strategies.
  • Research, develop, and nurture key partners and affiliates to drive revenue growth and market presence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current partners, exploring new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in partnership management within consumer products, preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, ability to identify opportunities, and develop successful collaborations.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, data analysis, and project management.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
