About the Role

Helloprint is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers find the right print products and services by offering expert advice and guidance
  • Practice our core value of 'Think like a customer' to deliver a WOW service experience
Requirements
  • Native French speaker with fluent English skills
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, with a university agreement
  • Available for a minimum period of 20 weeks
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic and flexible personality
  • Willingness to relocate or already based in Valencia
