Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve revenue operations processes, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, utilizing data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools, ensuring they support global operations and are utilized effectively.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.
