Order Management Specialist with Dutch and French

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with proficiency in Dutch and French to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the group by effectively training and deploying resources through the team structure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage designated team workflow to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets
- Input and process orders and returns
- Validate orders and pricing
- Manage relevant customer details
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines, including ethical and financial rules
- Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to prevent task completion and SLA/target achievement
- Respond to and action escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Team Leader, capturing performance trend metrics and actionable management information
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Native or full-professional level of Dutch
- Full-professional level of English
- Professional level of French
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a finance organization
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel
- Results/target-driven
- Team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Adaptable to changing environment and flexible with working patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Quality and attention to detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- University-level education (desirable)
