- Report any technical issues or faults to the relevant authorities, logging action and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and updating information sheets, as required.
- Adhere to hotel rules and regulations, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Be willing to cross-train and assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role.
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, as required.
