Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  2. Manage and operate the hotel's switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  3. Assist guests with internet access and other technical issues, providing solutions and support as needed.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  5. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency requests, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  6. Report any technical issues or faults to the relevant authorities, logging action and ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  8. Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and updating information sheets, as required.
  9. Adhere to hotel rules and regulations, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  10. Be willing to cross-train and assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role.
  2. Proficiency in computer systems and technology.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  4. Strong desire to provide exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.
  5. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, as required.
