Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers in Spanish and Catalan.

About the Role

We are looking for experts who can become ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 360-degree support to our customers, including presales and aftersales scenarios, basic technical support, and backoffice tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish and Catalan
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills
Requirements
  • Advanced level of Spanish and Catalan language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Desirable experience in customer service or technical support
