High-Performing Sales Expert Wanted for Dynamic Team

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Recruitment Apple Lovers, a leading recruitment agency based in Portugal. Our organization specializes in connecting top talent with innovative companies across various industries.
As a full-time Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships within the account.
To ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity, you will develop and maintain relationships within the existing portfolio of accounts.
You will identify new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and prepare commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management.
Your primary objectives will be to achieve sales quotas and targets, manage and report on sales pipeline activities, and ensure timely response and resolution of customer or partner inquiries.
Key qualifications include a solid background in sales, fluency in Norwegian (C2 level) and English at a native level, strong communication skills, goal-oriented with a track record of achievement, self-motivated and proactive, experience working with channel partners, and experience in B2B sales.
