Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key player in our sales cycle, you will drive customer relationships and showcase expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration with internal teams and channel partners.
- Drive alignment and teamwork within a department or across organizational boundaries, fostering effective communication and problem-solving approaches.
- Pursue positive outcomes tenaciously, utilizing effective strategies to overcome obstacles and close deals.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND SALES TEAMS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND SUCCESS.
- Actively monitor pipeline performance, collect feedback, and update stakeholders on closure and support progress.
- Identify customer wins for partner sell, surface partner capacity and capability needs, and drive development and recruitment of new partners.
- Monitor main performance indicators, including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.
- Establish a foundation for technology and services to meet customer/partner needs.
Your Qualifications:
- You are bilingual or proficient in Swedish plus fluent in English.
- You have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
- You have experience working within a technical sales environment (preferred).
- You have knowledge of cloud deployment and adoption planning, as well as experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
