We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to support the rapid expansion of our VDR business in Spain. The ideal candidate will target key Iberian account decision-makers to attain set revenue goals.

Job Description:

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia tracking personal sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
  • Strong business communication skills in English and Spanish (native)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
