About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via email and phone, helping them get the most out of our innovative marketing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and manage related tickets efficiently
  • Analyse reported issues and conduct preliminary investigations to identify root causes
  • Assess the complexity of issues and escalate them to relevant teams when necessary
  • Follow up on tickets until cases are fully resolved
  • Deliver occasional training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements
  • Fluency in French, English, and Spanish
  • Strong interest and knowledge in CRM, Customer Database Management, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing
  • Curiosity and passion for technologies that support marketing, ideally with a background in computer science
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Patience, analytical skills, and a meticulous approach to problem-solving
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong sense of responsibility
