Senior Nordic Language Sales Representative

We are seeking a Senior Nordic Language Sales Representative to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving growth across EMEA by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and prospecting. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, with C2 level proficiency in the former. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with hundreds of businesses, building enthusiasm, and qualifying their needs to propose suitable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive engagement with businesses to build enthusiasm and qualify their needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Executing daily outbound phone calls and emails to drive new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level fluency in Swedish, with English language proficiency
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
Benefits:
