Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Support Specialist to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Explain and guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of their catalogs into our tools.
  2. Find tailored solutions to technical problems, taking into account the seller's profile and needs.
  3. Communicate progress updates to the Veepee sales team and ensure seamless collaboration.
  4. Resolve and assist sellers with technical issues, providing expert support and guidance.
  5. Assist sellers with adding new products to our permanent offer and catalogs, ensuring accurate and timely integration.
  6. Support sellers during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with technical partner updates, ensuring our processes remain efficient and effective.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use, continuously improving our processes and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or customer relations.
  2. Good knowledge of the e-commerce and/or marketplace world.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  4. Strong relationships with internal and external customers, with good cross-functionality.
  5. Able to identify and analyze technical problems, with a focus on results-driven solutions.
  6. Ability to train others on IT tools, using language adapted to each interlocutor.
  7. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
