We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Pierce Ab. As a Regional Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales in central and eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Establish online and offline collaborations with local media partners, event organizers, and businesses to improve brand awareness and customer reach.
- Partner with our cross-country teams to execute marketing campaigns and measure performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage branding logistics, including the timely delivery of branding materials and promotional products to events.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including outreach for external articles and backlink reviews.
- Collaborate with our social media specialist to ensure seamless distribution of local content across various social media platforms.
- Proven experience in the motocross-enduro industry, with a strong network and knowledge of products.
- Marketing knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English is a must, with German and/or French being a significant advantage.
- Additional languages, such as Spanish, Romanian, Dutch, or Belgian, are also an asset.
- Uni degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
- Event and networking experience from motor events is a significant plus.
