Job Title: Regional Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team at Coatue Management L.L.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the US region, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of a cross-channel marketing plan for the US region.
  • Co-create and execute region-specific marketing campaigns, with a focus on diversified Account-Based Marketing execution.
  • Execute initiatives tailored for our most valued clients, such as showcasing success stories, developing case studies, and conducting interviews with leaders in the payments industry.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies, exploring new approaches and supporting experimentation to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Use regional insights to develop personalized sales assets, ensuring alignment with our product propositions and the unique needs of key accounts.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events and field marketing activities, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Use tools such as Looker, Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics to measure the impact and ROI of marketing activities, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Stay informed about regional market dynamics to ensure marketing efforts align with both global strategies and local preferences.
  • Build and fortify relationships with influential figures, partners, and well-known payments organizations in the local market, boosting our regional brand presence.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, with a background in payments, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated use of various marketing channels, such as content creation, events, social media, PR, digital marketing, email campaigns, and more.
  • Proactive in addressing tasks and challenges with a self-directed and solution-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in managing projects, setting priorities, and supporting cross-functional teams to action.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools for performance tracking and ROI analysis, as well as providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Ability to explore innovative strategies and support the execution of new ideas.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team, collaborating effectively with colleagues worldwide to achieve impactful results.
