Job Summary

Veepee is seeking a highly skilled Brand Support Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Support Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, resolving technical problems, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Onboarding and Technical Support
  • Explain and guide sellers through the onboarding process to our internal platforms, including integration of catalogs and training on back offices.
  • Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile on a technical point of view.
  • Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
Technical Problem Resolution
  • Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
  • Help and assist sellers with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer/catalogs.
  • Help and assist sellers with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns.
Documentation and Process Improvement
  • Closely follow the updates from our technical partners.
  • Write and update documentation shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.

Requirements

  1. Technical Skills
  • Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations.
  • Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces is recommended.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.
  • Ability to identify and analyze technical problems; results-oriented with a process of continuous improvement.
  • Good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
