Job Summary
Veepee is seeking a highly skilled Brand Support Manager to join our team. As a Brand Support Manager, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, resolving technical problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain and guide sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, including integration of catalogs, training on back offices, and technical support.
- Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile on a technical point of view.
- Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
- Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
- Help and assist sellers with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer/catalogs.
- Help and assist sellers with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns.
- Closely follow the updates from our technical partners.
- Write and update documentation shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations.
- Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.
- Able to identify and analyze technical problems, guided towards results, and in a process of continuous improvement.
- Good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.
- Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
