**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our enthusiastic Brand Identity department at Dorna Sports. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, brand culture, engagement, and loyalty through various channels and copy strategy messaging.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the rebranding process, ensuring consistency of the defined tone of voice across all our channels.
  • Develop communication plans for new rebranding's, brand evolutions, brand communications, and similar initiatives.
  • Organize workshops to ensure all internal departments and different areas have all the key information of how to use the verbal identity, and help them channel the tone of voice to their specific needs.
  • Help with the creation and maintenance of an internal and external communication structure for the transition phase and the future.
  • Be responsible for all the guidelines copywriting updates.
  • Offer continued guidance to internals, broadcasters, promoters, licensees, and partners on how to represent the MotoGP brand correctly.
  • Assist in the setup of a new brand approvals process and system for stakeholders of MotoGP.
  • Ensure the brand verbal identity and tone of voice is maintained by all our stakeholders by participating in the approvals process.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategy and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
  • Assist with brand identity & marketing projects.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in brand communications, copy strategy, and writing.
  • Participation in the development of impactful brands across diverse markets, with a particular focus on sports and B2B sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative and compelling brand solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sporting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field; additional certifications or specialized training in branding or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Native skills or high level of English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to work weekends during some MotoGP Grands Prix races (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), with corresponding lieu days.
