About the Role

At Sin Nombre, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Sustainability Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in supporting our ambition to be recognized globally as the market leader in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to promote our sustainability brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative assets for internal and external campaigns.
  • Project manage internal and external campaign elements, including case studies, webinars, podcasts, and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Support the enablement of regions to leverage and replicate global programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, publishing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in complex programs, with a strong ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and diverse, virtual high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively across geographic borders and time zones, with a strong understanding of global marketing and communications principles.
