Job Title: Global Brand Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Communications Specialist to join our team at Glovo. As a key member of our global brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication campaigns that elevate the brand equity, effectively communicate Glovo's value proposition, and resonate with diverse target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop TV campaigns from concept to production, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze market research and consumer insights to inform and shape compelling communication strategies, particularly for TV advertising.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable and effective communication plans that drive brand awareness and engagement across TV and other media.
  • Coordinate and lead interactions with external agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with brand and TV advertising objectives.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand communications, TV advertising, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and the ability to translate them into effective communication strategies.
  • Hands-on experience project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing agency relationships.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding, TV advertising, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish native and very advanced in English, other languages would be a plus.
