Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Client Account Management team. This is a full-time, location-blind role that requires some travel and working out of hours due to client contact and events.
Key Responsibilities- Retain and grow revenue for clients through effective coordination of added value activities, including training and secondments
- Manage internal communications and connectivity for all activity relating to the client, including contact reports and CRM system usage
- Ensure quality, KPIs, SLA, audits, complaints, conflicts are effectively managed to support client relationships
- Provide input on client billing budget, rates, pricing, and profitability
- Collect client cash and manage CRM spend
- Excellent networking and CRM skills with evidence of strong team working experience
- Able to balance client service ethic with internal business and operational considerations
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement in operational excellence and ability to balance commercial imperatives with quality control
- Alignment with the Firm's Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined, and Supportive)
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, income protection insurance, and discounted gym membership.
