Job Summary
Fortinet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including handling correspondence, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate sales office meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and making travel arrangements as needed.
- Ensure that all events are well-planned and executed, and that all necessary materials are available.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
