Job Summary

Fortinet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including handling correspondence, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
    • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Event Coordination
    • Coordinate sales office meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and making travel arrangements as needed.
    • Ensure that all events are well-planned and executed, and that all necessary materials are available.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
