Sales Forecasting Coordinator

About the Role
iRobot Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Forecasting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Forecasting Manager in driving business growth and improving sales forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Forecasting Manager in gathering and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales reporting templates and processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and control MDF invoiced by Retailers to validate against approved conditions.
- Assist in the creation of management reports and presentations for sales, customer, and management meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Forecasting Manager, including creating agendas and presentations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding sales topics and provide support to sales representatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Job experience in Admin, Sales Controlling, or Finance.
- Independent, structured, with high analytical skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented; high degree of initiative.
- High motivation, resilience, and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills, developmental, and team player attitude.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan).
- Spanish and English language fluency, ideally French too.
