About the Role
The Partner Manager, HCM is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with specialized HCM partners.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with these partners, working closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partner organizations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Act as a thought leader and orchestrator of partner relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and technical professionals to ensure mutual success and alignment.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address competency gaps and enhance partner capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging partners to leverage SAP's ecosystem and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, preferably within the HCM domain.
- Strong understanding of SAP's ecosystem strategy, partner program, and commercial models.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with an MBA preferred.
