About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
  • Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to all key stakeholders.
  • Provide critical input to property leaders for development of market sales strategies.
  • Implement and evaluate revenue tests to ensure optimal pricing and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
