Our Team
RavenPack's QIS Team is dedicated to developing new systematic trading strategies and showcasing the value of our data for trading and investment purposes. As a Senior Quant Researcher, you will join a team of four quant researchers focused on feature engineering and strategy development.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quant Researcher, you will be responsible for creating white papers to enhance RavenPack's reputation as a thought leader in the alternative data industry. You will also present trading strategies to quantitative analysts and work on practical use cases that demonstrate the value of RavenPack data. Additionally, you will identify, validate, and amplify predictive signals within our data, formulate systematic trading strategies, and offer data-driven insights to management.
Requirements
We are looking for a PhD/MSc in Quantitative or Computational Finance, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience as a quantitative researcher. You should have outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop original research and hypothesis testing. Proficiency in Python and SQL is required.
