About the Role

This role is for individuals who are looking to work in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment at the UK's largest independently owned FX company.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a high income and develop their skills and experience in the FX industry.

We are looking for proven FX professionals who have a track record of closing new business and are eager to continue learning and growing professionally in FX sales.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high phone activity and be able to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements.
  2. Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  3. Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience.
  4. Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations.
  5. Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
  6. Staying up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation.
Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, backed up by strong numbers evidencing consistently closing new business.
  • Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone, as well as in person.
  • Goal-oriented and persistence, short-term and long-term.
  • Fluent in Spanish and excellent English language skills.
