The Role: This sales position offers individuals the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at the UK's largest independently owned FX company. Top performers can earn significant commissions and experience life-changing opportunities.

We are looking for professionals passionate about new business development, eager to continue learning and growing professionally within FX sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who believes their success is determined by themselves and the environment. Healthy competition among peers drives growth and improvement.

This role involves high phone activity, Teams meetings, and face-to-face interactions to build lasting relationships and close deals. To support your success, we offer comprehensive onboarding and training delivered by experienced team members and external sources. You'll also receive fully paid exams to obtain necessary regulations (Bank of Spain/CNMV) and Derivatives qualification, as well as guidance from senior sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
  • Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and prioritizing client interests
  • Developing internal relationships with various departments
  • Staying aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy's impact on prospects and clients
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
  • Attending regular training sessions and actively listening to calls
  • Keeping up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Ideal 1-2 years of sales experience (not compulsory)
  • Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone and in person
  • Taking feedback and acting upon it quickly
  • Goal-oriented and persistence, both short-term and long-term
  • Fluent in Spanish language and excellent English language skills

Salary: We offer a highly competitive salary package with a base salary of around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission which can reach up to 20% of total sales.
