About the Role

The Asset Manager will be a key member of the Asset Management Team, reporting into the Team Leader within the Asset Management department in Spain. The Asset Manager is responsible for the verification of the operation of sites and projects in the Spanish Sonnedix portfolio of Solar Power Plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and optimize the performance of the assets over their entire life-cycle, focusing on Risk and Health and Safety (H&S) Management.
  • Optimize available resources across the asset stakeholders.
  • Propose and evaluate upgrading solutions, suggest performance improvements, and ensure the optimum performance of the plants.
  • Take part in the integration of new acquired portfolios to the Sonnedix Standards.
  • Manage close relationships with the O&M and Finance departments as well as key stakeholders including landowners, authorities, lenders, and investors.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree complemented by technical/commercial training.
  • Significant experience in Solar PV in Spain, ideally within O&M.
  • Experience of asset optimization over their entire life-cycle.
  • Good relationship builder with an open and honest communication style.
