Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the performance of technical and financial asset management activities for our projects in Spain.

The successful candidate will be in charge of optimizing energy production and revenues, identifying potential cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring the availability, transparency, and actionable use of information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset management of financial and technical KPIs of PV and wind assets
  • Monitoring suppliers to supervise their performance and fulfillment of obligations
  • Communication with key stakeholders in other stages of the project life cycle
  • Supervision of contractual obligations and technical, commercial, and legal regulations
  • Plant inspections and site visits
  • Monitoring revenues of assets
  • Supporting the company in reporting and M&A activities
Requirements:
  • Plus 3 years of experience in Asset Management functions
  • Technical knowledge of solar PV and wind assets
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to develop and implement report templates, analytical tools, and other O&M specific tools
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or similar)
