The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Madrid. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and financial performance of the company's renewable energy assets in Spain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the financial and technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the PV and wind assets.
  2. Monitor suppliers to ensure their performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  4. Control contractual obligations and technical, commercial, and legal regulations.
  5. Conduct plant inspections and site visits.
  6. Monitor asset revenues and support the company in reporting and M&A activities.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management functions.
  2. Technical knowledge of solar PV and wind assets.
  3. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Excellent communication and team player skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).
