About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar Asset Manager to join our team at Sonnedix. As a key leader within the Asset Management function, you will be responsible for strategically driving collaboration with the Growth team during acquisition opportunities and managing the development/construction phases for photovoltaic assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Sonnedix standards are maintained while managing project risks and optimizing competitiveness.
  • Take full ownership of the coordination between the Operations Team and various company functions, overseeing the assessment and mitigation of technical and regulatory risks during the acquisition phase.
  • Manage external stakeholders such as Technical Advisors, ensuring the preparation and review of detailed reports for presentation to Internal Committees and Lenders.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Solar PV technologies, with a proven track record of operational and management success.
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex tasks.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in risk management, with a proactive approach to mitigating project issues.
  • High proficiency in reading and understanding financial models and developing operating budgets that balance cost efficiency with performance optimization.
  • Confident and adept at managing external relationships, while maintaining clear and effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
