Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

Are you a seasoned Commercial Asset Manager with experience in renewables, including contract, finance, and project management? Do you have a proven track record of managing and maintaining successful Solar, Wind, and BESS portfolios? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Hunter Philips Executive Search.

The Role
  • Commercial Asset Management services
  • Management of relationships with institutional agencies
  • Procuring, obtaining, and maintaining relevant insurances
  • Responsible for PPA Agreements
  • Liaising with Technical Engineers for operation and maintenance services
  • Monitoring and commenting on unaudited management reports
  • Forecasting and managing project cash flows
  • Maintaining and cleaning up master data
The Person We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, legal, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, including stakeholder management
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing contractors
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Spanish and English language capabilities
