Job Summary

Hunterphilips is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team and lead the management of our renewable energy portfolio, including solar PV, onshore wind, and energy storage assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Asset Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize asset performance and maximize returns.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Procure, obtain, and maintain relevant insurances, and liaise with insurers as required.
  • PPA Agreements: Responsible for the administration and management of power purchase agreements.
  • Technical Oversight: Liaise with technical engineers to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of operation and maintenance services.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and comment on monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports, and approve project-related expenses.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field, such as business, finance, legal, engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset management, including stakeholder management.
  • Renewable Energy Experience: Preferably, experience in the administration of solar parks, wind parks, or other renewable assets.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience in negotiating contracts and proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors.
  • Language Skills: Spanish/English language capabilities.
