Job Title: Renewable Energy Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Asset Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial asset operations for our Iberian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor daily asset performance, including KPI tracking and optimization of solar assets.
  • Review maintenance plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of response to non-routine operational issues, including equipment failure and incident management.
  • Assist with the final stage of construction, permitting process, commissioning, warranty process, and operation phase.
  • Manage contract management, ensuring all services required by O&M or EPC contracts are actioned accordingly.
  • Oversee revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for the assigned portfolio.
  • Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of PPA during their operational phase.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind.
  • Strong language skills in spoken and written English.
  • Successful track record of negotiating and communicating with external parties, including insurance companies, technical advisors, and national stakeholders.
