Job Overview
Enfinity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Renewable Energy Asset Management (EU). This individual will be responsible for managing the technical, commercial, and financial performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets in Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management, renewable energy, and project development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Asset Management Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy to ensure the optimal performance and profitability of the renewable energy assets in the portfolio.
Oversee Day-to-Day OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of the renewable energy assets, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Manage Stakeholder RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with offtakers, financing parties, and transmission operators to ensure smooth project execution and optimal asset performance.
Prepare and Analyze ReportsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual operating reports, as well as actual to budget reports, to ensure accurate financial and operational performance tracking.
Manage O&M Agreements and Long-Term Services AgreementsManage O&M agreements and long-term services agreements to ensure compliance from service providers and develop long-term relationships.
Coordinate Outages and Unplanned MaintenanceCoordinate outages and unplanned maintenance, including investigation, analysis, and resolution of system issues.
Maximize Asset ValueMaximize the value of the assets by optimizing project revenue and cost control, and ensuring profitability.
Energy Management and PPAsCoordinate energy management and PPAs, including market representatives, asset management, and other market players.
Reporting and ComplianceReport to company management and investors on the key performance indicators (KPIs) and main parameters of the technical and financial performance of the renewable energy assets, in compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Relevant Discipline
A Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or a related field.
At Least 10 Years of ExperienceAt least 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a strong background in asset management and project development.
Excellent Communication and Leadership SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with PV/BESS Regulated AssetsExperience working with PV/BESS regulated assets, with a strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects.
