Job Summary

Hunterphilips is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team in managing our renewable energy portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the commercial asset management of our solar, wind, and energy storage assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Asset Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the commercial performance of our renewable energy assets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Insurance Management: Procure, obtain, and maintain relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required.
  • PPA Agreement Management: Responsible for the management of PPA agreements.
  • Technical Oversight: Liaise with technical engineers to ensure the effective supervision and monitoring of operation and maintenance services to maximize generated production.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and comment on monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports, and approve project-related expenses.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering, or other similar discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset management, including stakeholder management.
  • Renewable Energy Experience: Preferably, experienced within administration of solar parks, wind parks, or other renewable assets.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience in negotiating contracts and proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors.
  • Budget Management: Experience in budget management, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Language Skills: Spanish/English language capabilities.
