About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at the Green Recruitment Company. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial operations of our Iberian portfolio, ensuring the delivery of maximum returns and minimizing risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Management: Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Commercial Management: Monitor and optimize daily asset performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize returns.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Review maintenance plans, ensure compliance, and implement improvements to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Incident Management: Respond to non-routine operational issues, resolve incidents, and close out logged incidents, including preventative maintenance.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract management, ensuring that all services required by O&M or EPC contracts are actioned accordingly.
  • Financial Management: Manage revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for the assigned portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind energy.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk analyses, prepare financial KPI reports, and develop strategies to maximize asset growth.
  • Language Skills: Strong language skills in spoken and written English.
