Asset Portfolio Manager

ENGIE España Renovables, S.L.U. is seeking a highly skilled Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Renewable Energy department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of renewable energy assets, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement best practices in asset management, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the portfolio's economic performance and regulatory compliance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the asset portfolio, including financial and operational metrics.
- Develop and lead business plans, budgets, and capital projects for existing assets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal and external parties, to ensure business continuity and asset performance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure day-to-day asset operations are executed efficiently.
- Represent ENGIE's interests with external stakeholders, ensuring the company's reputation and interests are protected.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy market, with a focus on asset management and coordination of administrative and permitting processes.
- Experience in managing wind, PV, and hydro technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish Power Market Regulation and Structure is a plus.
- Ability to understand profit and loss statements, CAPEX, OPEX, and internal return rates.
- Contract management skills.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) and French (B2/C1 level) is required.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
