Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the risk of the portfolio, including financial risk assessments, financial model updates, and sensitivity analysis.
- Oversight of regular reporting received from securitisation vehicles/servicers and performance assessment of the asset and underlying loan portfolios.
- Direction of legal counsel on ad-hoc project matters, such as default recovery.
- Coordination of cash management to protect value for the assets and generate a maximum long-term return for investors.
- Development and management of asset operating models.
- Management of regular deliverables to internal stakeholders, including asset reporting packs, financial return projections, risk assessments, and other ad-hoc deliverables.
- Coordination of delegated financial and commercial representatives (external servicers, legal counsel, administrators).
- Support fund management activities, such as cash flow forecasting, quarterly and annual investor reporting, and investor queries related to the asset portfolio.
- Review and development of governance and risk management framework for portfolio management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial services or risk management.
- Experience with asset-backed securities, structured finance, or credit funds is required.
- Experience in investment or portfolio risk management is desirable.
- Experience with project finance documentation and interaction is desirable.
- Financial control experience in fund management or corporate is desirable.
- Relevant experience or interest in the power industry or sustainability is desirable.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is required, with additional European languages desirable.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK or Spain-EU-27.
- A strong academic background is required, with a sound and solid financial toolkit.
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualifications are desirable.
