We are Lenovo, a forward-thinking IT company that thrives on innovation and growth. Our eCommerce business is expanding rapidly, and we need a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end-user clients through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing opportunities, selling the benefits of our full product catalog, and driving sales with customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing incoming sales opportunities to meet short-term goals, objects, and quotas
  • Performing outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business to new and existing customer install base
  • Assisting customers with order placement, providing product information, and advice related to products and services that best suit their needs
  • Following up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments
  • Providing an excellent customer experience from initial call to final sale closure
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products as per customers' requirements
  • Completing call logs and reports where required
  • E nsuring products, services, and solutions recommended to clients fulfill their needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a Sales Support or similar role, preferably in the IT sector. Native/Fluent English language skills (any additional European language is a plus) are essential. You should possess excellent communication skills (spoken & written), an entrepreneurial mind, and be highly persuasive and motivated to close sales.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience and location.
