German Language Ecommerce Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Language Ecommerce Sales Representative to join our team at Lenovo.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products and services to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will uncover opportunities, highlight the benefits of our products, and compete with other vendors to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to meet revenue and profitability targets. This includes configuring, pricing, negotiating, and quoting sales solutions, as well as providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via the telephone.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build complex sales strategies to ensure both long-term and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
- Build forecasts and pipelines on a weekly basis and provide clear situational analysis of the client portfolio
- Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an action plan
- Work within corporate initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management, to reach high performance goals
- Effectively utilize our sleek sales methodology and processes from prospect to closure, leading to success and over achievement
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience
- Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
- Be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment
- Native/Fluent Germany and business English, with any additional European language being a plus
