Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward and People Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our People and leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic reward and people operations initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Strategic Direction: Develop and implement reward and people operations strategies that align with Dojo 2022's business objectives.
- Guide Critical Decisions: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Maintain Our Competitive Edge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Dojo 2022 remains a leader in the payments industry.
- Review and Iterate: Continuously review and improve our reward and people operations programs to ensure they are fair, consistent, and effective.
- Educate Our People: Develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to promote employee engagement and understanding of reward and people operations initiatives.
- Engage Our Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation and drive business results.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Thoughtful and Proactive Leadership: Proven experience developing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- In-Depth Expertise in Core Reward Processes: Strong knowledge of equity, executive remuneration, and incentive schemes.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to draw and communicate insights from data to inform business decisions.
