About the Role

The People Operations Manager will be responsible for executing the People and Culture Strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of people processes. This includes owning people processes, technology, data, and analytics, as well as managing the people operations team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief People Officer, as a deputy, responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of People and Culture processes.

  8. People and Culture data and insights
  9. Maintaining people policies in line with company culture while ensuring compliance
  10. Ownership of implementing, maintaining, automating, and optimizing people technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and Performance)
  11. Leadership experience, onboarding, and support
  12. People operations team management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience managing people operations throughout all aspects of people functions
  2. Experience with leading a small team
  3. Experience in a remote, global organization
  4. Ability to translate vision and strategy into projects and actionable steps
  5. C1 English level or higher
  6. Effective communication, comfortable collaborating with senior leadership
  7. Strong technical skills, with knowledge of people technology as well as data and automation tools
  8. Empathetic and human-centric approach, balanced with an analytical and data-driven mindset
