The Role
We're seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Total Reward and People Operations to join our team in London. As a core member of our People and leadership group, you'll be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for Total Reward and overseeing payroll globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
- Guide critical decisions by supplying the C-Suite with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed judgments.
- Maintain Dojo's competitive edge by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends.
- Review and iterate to ensure Dojo's reward program is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives.
- Educate our people by developing and delivering effective program education/communication to promote programs that shape employee engagement.
- Engage our stakeholders by collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in new markets.
Requirements
- Thoughtful and proactive leadership with proven experience developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth expertise in core reward processes, including equity, executive remuneration, and incentive schemes.
- Exceptional analytical skills to draw and communicate insights from data.
- Excellent organizational skills to deliver highly complex projects in expedited timeframes.
- A practical 'hands-on' approach with attention to detail and quick execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
