**Job Summary**
We are seeking a resourceful People Partner to lead our people operations, talent acquisition, and compliance initiatives. This role is critical to our People Team, focusing on leading HR operations programs, ensuring compliance with local and global employment laws, and improving employee experience and processes to support our growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead HR operations programs and initiatives, including employee experience, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HRIS management.
- Partner with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR operational programs and processes.
- Build relationships with employees and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration, support, and alignment in all aspects of the employee experience and people operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with new and existing laws and regulations related to local and global employment and HR compliance & privacy standards.
- Develop and manage programs and policies related to global mobility and employment compliance and maintain company policies and handbooks.
- Support management and employees with general HR issues and requests, handle employee escalations and dismissals, and performance management, administer and manage employee benefits and total rewards, and other related people/HR matters.
